The first steps for Babygot

Due to factors, the team made a decision, which involved the community to either go down one of two routes. One was to continue to build and keep mint open and keep original supply, holders would receive benefits as we grew and new holders could join the ecosystem. The other was the bring down the supply and reveal Tier 1 to all holders, with the opportunity to grow with a small community and have the evolved Figuregot tiers available to claim in the future. This was a decision driven unanimously by the community and the team has been facilitating these changes over the week following mint. There is a set amount of Babygots, and when public minted closes today, all unminted Gots will be sent to the Treasury for giveaways and promotional purposes.

In the future, holders will be able to ‘evolve’ their Babygots into Tier 2 and Tier 3 Gots. This will not require burning your Got and is not dynamic, meaning you will be claiming another NFT.

A Community Decision

As always, community is at the heart of Figuregot so the team took to spaces to share both plans an move forward on the majority community sentiment. The Got Evolution took the majority so the team are pivoting to start facilitating the new plan.
